• Experience with Docker, Java Script, GoLang, Node.JS, AngularJS, and the Cloud (AWS)
• Proven understanding of architecture best practices
• Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle
• Experience with Lean / Agile development methodologies
• Block Chain Technology, Java, Spring suite, JavaScript, AngularJS, Unix or Database skillset required

• Be a self-starter providing creative and innovative ideas or solutions continuously improving the technological offering.
• Write clean, self-documenting code following standard methodologies on coding incorporating unit testing.
• Collaborate with the Senior Application Architects and other technical contributors at all levels during the application development and resolve application defects identified during System Integration and User Acceptance Testing Phases.
• Hands on experience with J2EE design patterns
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills, able to resolve business issues
• Experience and desire to work in a Global Delivery environment and travel as required

• Good understanding of various different consensus algorithms used in different DLT frameworks.
• Knowledge of cryptography, including asymmetric (public/private key), symmetric, hash functions, encryption/signatures.
• Experience using cryptography material such as certificates for identity management in order to authenticate members, transactions etc.
• Skilled in performance metrics for measuring Blockchain performance
• Able to provide training/mentoring to technical staff in relation to Blockchain tools and frameworks, Blockchain concepts etc.
• Remain updated and exposed with emerging trends in Hyperledger
• Preferred AWS certified (Associate Solution Architecture)

• Overall, 10-15yrs of experience.
• 10+ years of progressive software development experience is desired
• 5+ years of Java / J2EE Architecture/Design experience
• 5+ years of experience in Oracle Db2
• At least 2+ years of hands-on Ethereum experience
