Detailed Job Description:

Should have at least 2 years hands on experience in WFC and WFD modules such as Timekeeper, Advanced Scheduling, Forecasting, Analytics, Mobile and Interfaces. Should also have experience in providing application support.

• Very good experience in Kronos Workforce Central (WFC) implementation with functional expertise in Timekeeping, Accruals Leave, Attendance, Advanced Scheduling and Forecasting modules and Workforce Integration Manager.
• Very good experience in Kronos Workforce Dimensions (WFD) implementation with functional expertise in Timekeeping, Accruals Leave, Attendance, Advanced Scheduling and Forecasting modules and Dell Boomi integrations.
• Kronos Functional/Technical Consultant with implementation experience (at least 2 - 3 projects)
• Experience in extensive client interactions involving detailed discussions on functional and technical requirements and providing solutions from a domain and product perspective
• Excellent communication / presentation / verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience of working in globally distributed diverse teams.
