Strong experience in AP, AR and GL with implementation and process related experience, Active participation in at least 2 Full lifecycle implementations of Oracle ERP Financials, Ability to configure Oracle Applications to meet business requirements and document application setups with experience in executing implementation strategy, capturing business, systems requirements and analysis, prepare functional specification documents, solution designing, prototyping, testing, training, and implemention

Top 3 responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute:
- Good Knowledge about Oracle strategy on handling Data
- ConversionMigrations, reconciliations, InboundOutbound interfaces, and Reports
- Understanding of Oracle project methodology OUM and testing strategies such as Conference Room Pilots CRP and Process Playbacks SIT and UAT etc, Identify functionality gaps and supporting the development of solutions for them
