Job Duties: 

• Work on Web and Mobile Application Testing is necessary. 
• Involve in Test Strategy, Plan and Scheduling.
• Involve in Test design and Test execution.
• Involve in designing and executing in Waterfall, Scrum, Kanban, Disciplined Agile modes.
• Work on defect logging, management, and tracking.
• Involve in SDLC and STLC phases and testing methodologies, processes.
• Work on identifying, leading, managing and scheduling of team members.
• Work on Client Reporting, Scrum Demos, Backlog Planning, Retrospectives and Stand-ups.
• Work on Client Management, Stakeholder Management, Conflict Management, Negotiation skills.
• Set and execute project via QA Management tools (ALM, Jira, QAC, etc.) 

Education: The minimum qualification required for the performance of the above specialty occupation duties is a bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or equivalent in a related field or a foreign equivalent is required closely related field with relevant experience.
