Detailed Job Description:

  • Strong knowledge and experience of working with SWIFT services (FIN, FileAct, Browse, Interact) and SWIFT products (AMH, SAG/SNL, RMA, web-Access,HSM)
  • Admin and configuration hands on experience in AMH (Alliance Messaging Hub delivering, upgrade and run
  • Experience in AMH product management providing Technical support and handling issue including recovery call (P1-P4), Access management, Incident management, Change management, Problem management (PBI/PRB/PKI), System upgrades and migration and Technical PIVs after change implementation
  • Experience in working with messaging products such as IBM MQ.
  • Knowledge of administration of the financial messaging networks
  • Knowledge of ISO20022 and SWIFT messages (MT)
  • Knowledge of SWIFT Application’s (SWIFT Alliance Access (SAA), SWIFT Alliance Messaging Hub (AMH), SWIFT Alliance Gateway (SAG), SWIFT Web Platform (SWP), SWIFTNet Link, Alliance Messaging Hub, SWIFT Message standard (MT Messages), BROWSE, WEBACCESS applications (CLS,HKTR,ASMP,GPI,BOE,MEPS), Online Operation Manager (O2M), New Payment Platform (NPP), Payment Alliance Gateway (PAG), Domestic Messaging Channel (SWIFT DMC),SWIFT GPI, UNIX, Linux, AIX,BMC Remedy Tool.
  • Key Responsibilities includes Recovery calls (P1- P4 incidents), Deployment, Issue Resolution, Testing support, Escalation closures, Incident Management, Change management, System Upgrade & Migration, daily activities, Health Check and automations Agile Hand on Experience.
