• 4 years of VDI experience in Citrix
• Should have knowledge in dynamic & static VDI management
• Strong knowledge in design, implementation, troubleshooting of Citrix VDI, & StoreFront, Delivery Controller, Director & XenDesktop.
• Citrix Patch Management and policies configuration
• Strong knowledge in Citrix Cloud, MCS, DR, HA and Support & delivery of VDIs.
• Good troubleshooting skills in Citrix
• Expertise in Citrix App Layering
• Capacity management / planning
• Good to have certificate: Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops 7 Administration
• Excellent communication skills, Be SPOC & manage client stakeholder communication 
• Leads technical meetings and discussions. Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audience
