Must Have Skills:
- Must have at least 15 years of strong solutioning skills, ability to discuss/drive solution with client teams and project teams.
- Must have at least 8 years of hands-on experience with SuccessFactors and at least 3 full life cycle implementations in SuccessFactors LMS Implementation
- Good knowledge of HCM/HR/HXM processes/domain with special emphasis on SuccessFactors LMS
- Advanced certification in SuccessFactors LMS; ability to lead teams.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Manufacturing domain experience preferred.
- Good To have Experience Knowledge Certifications in other SF modules.
- Excellent communication skills to front end client
Detailed Job Description:
- Liasoning with the client for critical requirements.
- Solutioning and providing required direction to the team(s) and ensuring timely completion of deliverables with highest quality.
- Recommending alternate solutions, problem solving.
- Working closely with the Program management team to provide inputs for reporting progress/updates.
