• Hands-on experience with cloud native technologies and understanding of microservices based and message driven architectures
• Lead and mentor team members

• Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required. Will also consider three year of relevant work experience in lieu of every year of education
• At least 3 years of experience in leading the project deliverables, along with managing risks and issues
• At least 5 years of experience in JavaJ2EE based software design, and development using on premises and cloud technologies
• Proven understanding of software and system level design patterns using Java and related software ecosystems
• Deep experience with Java

1. Engage subject matter experts in successful transfer of complex domain knowledge
2. Strong knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle and strong collaboration history with Quality Engineering and Dev Ops teams.
3. Experience with Rally, Jira, or other defect work tracking tools.
