• Understand AsIs process and design ToBe process.
• Define the ToBe Implementation roadmap calling out each phase and cost.
• Understand AsIs Architecture and associated painpoints.
• Design Integration architecture for each source and consuming systems.
• Capture use cases for POC and also sample data.
• Evaluate env readiness for POC.
• Define Integration for POC.
