- Overview of Infrastructure upgrades
- Overview of all Retail Applications upgrades
- Overview of Enterprise Application upgrades
Job Duties / Responsibilities:
- Partnering with various teams to identify release needs
- Maintaining release calendar information
- Building and sending release related communications
- Assist in change management processes
- Attend meetings to create and update release plans as well as go/no go decisions
- Support release events (these occur both within and outside of business hours including weekends)
- Support post release issues
- Seamless onsite & Offshore release deployment and handoffs
- Perform release retrospectives and implement identified process improvements
- Help to communicate release status, activity progress and issues encountered throughout the duration of release activities
- Serve as back up for other release team members and change management function
