Detailed Job Description:

• This is an Application Manger role for Leap Program, this person is single point of contact for Business for all the Issues, Requests, problems, changes ..Etc ,
• He/She will be the application Owner for Application Management services .
• Responsible for application BAU activities and co-ordination between multiple stakeholders and vendors to resolve the issues quickly.
• And conduct service review with stakeholders on regular basis.
• He should be tech savvy and able to provide quick workarounds for the problems
