Detailed Job Description:

• Strong IDAM experience Minimum of 5 years experience.
• Experienced in production support 
• Should have customer and team coordination skills
• Should have good understanding of Identity & Access Management concepts
• Required extensive troubleshooting experience to provide L3 Support.
• Worked Extensively on Identity access management with Audit and Examinations, Identity Management, Multifactor Authentication, Single Sign on Services, 
• Support MFA access for both End Users and administrators in accordance with client security policy to prevent unauthorized access
