- Interact with key stakeholders and apply technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation
- At least 4 years of experience in Java, JBOSS, RESTful, JDBC, Spring Boot, Hibernate Skills
- At least 4 years of experience in Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects.
- At least 4 years of experience in Design and architecture review.
- Have strong lead experience in agile model
- Understand, independently implement and guide the team for Application Design and development
- Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
- Experience to Telecom/Cable domain
- Good Analytical skills
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
- Experience and understanding of in Production support (using splunk, Newrelic or equivalent) and performance engineering.
- Adherence to the organizational guidelines and processes.
