• Experience and strong background on TDM ,Data Manufacturing, Data Masking and Synthetic test data generation 
• Good domain knowledge in Healthcare
• Should have good knowledge in complex SQL and data profiling
• Must has 2 to 3 years of experience in TDM tool such as GenRocket or CA TDM
• Defining Test data Strategy, Approach for programs
• Must have good communication skills
• Stakeholder Management
