• Playing a key business operations consultant role in the OSS/Order Management area.
• Attending to day - to-day queries from business on Process Application
• Initial triage of an incident which requires application knowledge.
• Work with business users to understand the problem and suggest work arounds, or transfer ticket to Dev team for further analysis
• Identify and define new areas where business ops support is required
• Identify areas for automation and pass on to Dev team for further analysis and implementation
