Detailed Job Description:

Experience -

• At least 8 years of experience in Manufacturing IT applications and expertise in the area of Manufacturing Execution Systems and ERP
• We are looking for experience in Manufacturing IT applications and expertise in the area of Manufacturing Execution systems and ERP
• The candidate will have to have sound knowledge in Discrete manufacturing and should have worked in Digitization projects that involves integration of SCADA, MES and ERP.
• Work closely with Customer to gather requirements of solution to be developed that involves MES, ERP and SCADA. Should play a role as Solution Architect.
• Should have worked in global environment Onsite and offshore model and should be able to pass on customer requirements to offshore team and guide them.
• Should have strong and clear verbal and written communication skills including addressing escalations, presenting status in management meetings.

Job requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in creating requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Discrete Manufacturing domain, with implementation experience of Manufacturing Execution Systems preferably Sepasoft and Ignition SCADA
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Development/ Configuration/solutions evaluation/ Validation and deployment
• Minimum 2 years of experience in capturing requirements related to internal/external consulting, documenting, and mapping current business process
• Analytical and Communication skills
• Planning and Co-ordination skills
• Experience with project management and Agile methodology
• Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires travel during requirement, design phase and key solution demo, conference room pilot meetings and site roll outs.
