1. Provide support for L1 incidents for WMS systems
2. Provide data fixes for the critical incidents to keep the DC operations running

• Provide support for L1.5 incidents for Manhattan WMS application.
• Provide resolution for the critical incidents to keep the DC operations running.
• Coordinate with the client and the offshore team members in order to expedite the fixes to incidents.
• Participate in the meetings with client and offshore teams.
• As required prepare test strategy as per various testing phases like system testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing, production verification testing etc.
