Detailed Job Description:

• Intensive work experience in developing enterprise solutions using Java, J2EE, Servlets, JSP, JDBC, Struts, Spring, Hibernate, JavaBeans, JSF and MVC
• At least 2 years of experience in Mapreduce, HDFS, Hive, Hive UDF, Pig, Sqoop, Oozie, Hbase, NIFI, Kafka and Spark
• At least 2 years of experience in developing webservices component using XML, WSDL and SOAP
• Hands on experience on NoSQL databases including HBase, Cassandra and Mongo DB.
• Good experience in working with cloud environment like Amazon Web Services (AWS) EC2 and S3.
• Strong Core Java experience in concepts like I/O, Multi - threading, Exceptions, RegEx, Collections, Data-structures and Serialization
• Profound understanding of Partitions and Bucketing concepts in Hive and designed both Managed and External tables in Hive to optimize performance.
• Strong Java/J2EE skills: At least 4 years of experience in developing application using Java/J2EE platform
• At least 2 years of experience in implementing MVC using Struts
• At least 2 years of experience on Spring MVC
• At least 2 years of Experience in handling messaging services using Apache Kafka (Development of producers and consumers)
• At least 2 years of Experience with migrating data to and from RDBMS and unstructured sources into HDFS using Sqoop.
• At least 2 years of Experience in job workflow scheduling and monitoring tools like Oozie
• At least 2 years of experience writing Shell scripts in Linux OS and integrating them with other solutions.
• Client-facing and strong communication skills.
