• Advanced knowledge of IBM Tivoli products (Tivoli Enterprise Monitoring Server, Tivoli Enterprise Portal, Tivoli Data Warehouse), IBM Cognos Analytics, IBM Tivoli Netcool Omnibus and Microsoft SCOM
