Detailed Job Description:
- Minimum 8+ years of experience as Product Owner in the Payments / Digital applications.
- Strong understanding of Open banking architecture and reusable API s which shall be used across digital channels
- Strong Product Owner with ability to communicate at leadership level
- Candidate must be certified PO with proven Agile capabilities
- Write user stories & groom the scrum team s backlog, in partnership with the team
- At least 5 years of experience in capturing requirements related to internal/external consulting, documenting, and mapping current business process
- Excellent understanding of Payment application (MTS, ACH, Pep+, RDC, Internal Payments)
- Excellent understanding of Payments initiated by Retail, Small Business and HNI client through Online Banking application and interface with Payment engine.
- Define roadmap and strategy for the application release
- Good understanding of Payments interface system and integrations
- Lead PI planning, Scrum ceremonies and backlog glomming meetings
- Define MVP and backlog prioritization using WSJF technique
- Analytical and Communication skills
- Planning, Co-ordination skills and experience in product development
- Experience with Scrum and Product management
- Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel
- The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
