Top 3 responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute*:

1. Candidate should have knowledge on SharePoint Online, Power Platform, SPFx and React
2. Candidate should be able to work on onsiteoffshore model and interact with developers based in offshore location.
3. Candidate should have good communication skills. Client should be able to coordinate with client, elicit requirements, discuss them with offshore developers to implement the same.
