Detailed Job Description:
  • Worked in Okta CIAM Implementation, should have been Involved in Technical requirements gathering,
  • Worked with Client, application Owners third party to understand the requirements for App integration, worked on HLD, LLD, Project plan and Access management solutions.
  • Should have worked towards user data migration approach from Various data sources to Okta
  • Agile scrum project management and release management experience.
  • Configuring on - premise and cloud SAML Based Application in Okta for SP initiated and IDP initiated flows.
  • Configuring Open id connect (SSO) for different OIDC flows such as Authorization code, Implicit, Client credential and PKCE flow for Web as well as Mobile based applications.
  • Worked on Configured secured web authentication (SWA) and provisioning applications in Okta.
  • Should have worked towards Creating Policies and Rules based on Groups, Network zones and Should have Configured MFA sign-on policy for critical applications in the sign on settings.
  • Should have worked on Adaptive MFA use cases.
  • Should have worked on User Registration and progressive profiling
  • Should have worked on User login flow creation and out-of-the-box profile management
  • Should have worked on Enrolling different Authentication factors to trigger based on policies and Rules defined.
  • Network IP Subnet white listing/blocking to access OKTA integrated applications.
  • Configured Group password policy for AD mastered groups and OKTA mastered groups Based on business requirements.
  • Good exposure on user life cycle management (LCM), Provisioning (JIT, SCIM Connector and on-premise), and Mastering and delegated authentication.
  • Should have worked on Social media integration for external users.
  • Worked on general customization, end user dashboard customization, custom sign-in, and custom error pages.
  • Should have worked on E-mail customization for user activation, Password reset and verification conformation and SMS customization in Okta.
  • Should be having Expertise in profile editor and profile mapping to the user profile attributes.
  • Configured self-service password registration (SSR) included with approval.
  • Should have Worked on custom sign-in widget.
  • Worked on API access management implementation.
  • Configured different administrator accounts and groups as per client requirement.
  • Troubleshooting with user for access related issues like not able to login in OKTA, User s profile integration in OKTA, password policies, MFA policies, Allow/Deny access on particular application policies.
  • Checking the system logs based on issue raised, troubleshooting issues related to SSO, Agents, provisioning and synchronization.
