• Work as part of local hands and feet support team for Fremont/Livermore Campus.
• Assist in troubleshooting local network related issues and involve client SME if required.
• Work with client employees to support the campus from a hands and feet perspective for the data center and all the networking closets on campus.
• Provide hands and feet support for Network incidents where physical intervention required.
• Interact with SMEs to be obtain knowledge transfer (KT) of the existing network environment in Fremont/Livermore.
• Use existing monitoring tools, access levels to perform primary troubleshooting of the issue.
• Provide support for network device installation and replacement during hardware failure or upgrade.
• Maintaining local network diagram and port mapping for data center and campus connectivity.
• Provide daily and weekly updates to client on progress of all open action items.
• Support network, hosting and storage projects as directed by the local SME.
• End to end configuration of network devices,
• Fixing complex issues requiring extensive networking domain knowledge.
