Must Have Skills:

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Manhattan WMOS (preferably in WMOS 2013 OR higher) warehouse management system preferably in application support.
• Should have strong technical experience in Unix/Linux, SQL/PLSQL and IBM Cognos reporting
• Should have rich experience in technical troubleshooting in case of Server / DB issues as well.
• Should have experience in reviewing Manhattan logs, DB logs, restarts and suggest improvements
• Should have experience working in offshore / onsite model

Nice to have skills:

• Excellent interpersonal and facilitation skills
• Should be good in periodic status reporting to the client

Top Responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute*:

• L2 support of Manhattan WMOS application running in ULTA distribution Centers
• Should have experience handling the peak season and should be able to provide quick solutions to outages of distribution centers
• Coordinate with client and end users to provide end to end solutions for the production incidents
• Periodic Status reporting to client
