Detailed Job Description:

  • Should have experience of leading multiple SAP ILM implementations across landscape and expert Techno-functional resources
  • Experience in the ILM implementation in various environments like ECC, CRM, SRM & HR etc systems.
  • Knowledge in the ILM scenario like GDPR implementation, Retention Management & Retention Warehouse.
  • Knowledge in the Audit area for the custom specific requirement.
  • Knowledge in the Handling of Policies in ILM for the object specific requirement like Company Code, Sales Organization & Plant level.
  • Knowledge in handling the management of policies for the non-SAP documents
  • Knowledge in the Blocking and the retrieval of the archived data through PBS & AIS.
  • Knowledge in the movement of the legacy system data to the central warehouse storage system.
  • Knowledge in the various reporting tools such as local, BW & accelerated.
  • Experience in the ILM Blocking functionality for Customer & Vendor master.
  • Integration of ILM systems for Central Blocking.
  • Creation of Rules & Policies through ILM.
  • Experience in O2C cycle archiving of the transaction data and all other modules. Understanding the business flow of the same.
  • Experience in the reporting tool for the effective retrieval of archived data.
  • Masking of the sensitive fields once the data is blocked.
  • Integration between SAP & storage system.
  • Expert in handling unstructured data solutions.

Classical Functional skill sets:

  • Expertise in archiving objects in various industrial solutions.
  • Expertise in various modules like FI, MM & SD for the retails scope of Industry & PP, CO in case of manufacturing industry.
  • Performing the necessary functional configuration of the Archiving object belong to various modules.
  • Knowledge in the creation of the custom archiving objects for the custom tables.
  • Providing new logic for the sequence of operations for the System specific archiving & business flow.
  • Knowledge in the DaRT extraction & creation of view for the same.
  • Knowledge in various retrieval tools like AIS & PBS.
  • Knowledge in document archiving & Document Management system.
