Job Duties: 

• Manage all aspects of the project to ensure the overall program is closely aligned to and directly supports the achievements of the project goals.
• Liaise with steering committees, VPs, Directors, project sponsors and strategic partners.
• Provide On-site leadership or project team by building and motivating team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones.
• Participate in defining success criteria, metrics, test and deployment management methodologies.
• Build and maintain relationships by engaging business sponsors, key stakeholders, application teams, infrastructure teams, and project teams to establish creditability, solve problems, build consensus and achieve objectives.
• Prepare estimates and detailed project plan for all phases of the project.
• Provide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks and issues, communicating across leadership
• Understand interdependencies between technology, operations and business needs
• Demonstrate a functional acumen to understand how solutions meet client goals and align with industry best practices.
• Take accountability for project success including on-time, on-budget, high-quality targets.
• Ensure that the program goals/milestones are met, and budgets are in accordance with financial goals and agreed budgets.
• Establish and track success criteria and metrics for the program and projects.

Education: The minimum qualification required for the performance of the above specialty occupation duties is a bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or equivalent in a related field or a foreign equivalent is required closely related field with relevant experience.
