Detailed Job Description:
- Extensive knowledge configuring Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management(OM), Payroll, Benefits Modules for global population, Interfaces, ESS.
- Strong understanding of package/product features & process mapping; broad understanding of architecture to implement functional requirements
- In-Depth analysis, solution evaluation methods & process mapping tools to identify problems and understand their impact on client business
- Experience working with various country payroll vendors
- Experience supporting HR data integrations with various upstream/downstream systems (e.g. Payroll, Benefit, Time, Financial Accounting)
- Ability to support periodic legal pack (LP), support pack (SP) upgrades, BSI Tax factory updates (BSI TUBs, Cyclic upgrades)
- Specialized knowledge of processes and standards in multiple functional areas to define complex to-be customer processes
- Experience working with teams located at different Geographic location
- In-depth solution design, config & roll-out methods to ensure solution config creation as per defined functional & system specs
- Ability to drive conversations in stakeholder meetings
- Responsible for solution implementation
