Job Duties: 

• Define user stories from requirements provided by product team, prepare Test plan, Effort estimation, create Test scenarios & Test cases and maintain it in Test Management tool (Test Rail)
• Follow the DEVOPS model, working inclined with development team to support rapid releases and quick defect fixes.
• Support the deployment activities and perform the cutover regressions (pre/post) for each deployment.
• Attend Daily Scrum meetings, participating in Agile Planning & Retrospective meetings for each cycle.
• Test Reports & Test logs preparation for each release and updating the results in Test Management Tool ALM.
• Defect logging and reporting using JIRA & Aha.
• Lead the QA testing projects by coordinating with multiple Product and Engineering teams, DevOps teams in Charter and ensure smooth functioning of the team.
• Anticipate customer needs and provide inputs for solution.
• Involve in Automation testing using Selenium Web Driver, TestNG, Jenkins, Maven, Ant, Cucumber, Postman & HP Quality Center.
• Work on Automation Environment Setup Using Eclipse, Java, Selenium Web Driver Java language bindings and TestNG Jars.
• Use Selenium Grid and Maven to execute selenium automation suites on different platform, browser combination in parallel.
• Review of the results generated from the functional Automation tests from various Automation tools like Selenium & Applitools reports
• Review of the Analytics data generated from the internal tools like Site improve & Omniture reports for billing analysis.
• Capture the OE response using MongoDB for Unified Buy flow.
• Test data creation through the different billing systems like CSG & ICOMS using CRM.
• Involve in solving Environmental problems along with Technical Support People, especially in Sever Connections and Database sharing issues.

Education: The minimum qualification required for the performance of the above specialty occupation duties is a bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or equivalent in a related field or a foreign equivalent is required closely related field with relevant experience.
