Detailed Job Description:
- Mainframe zOS knowledge
- CA ESP Scheduling (monitoring, execute different commands )
- ServiceNow (navigation, building filters, searching, create/update/resolve tkts )
- CICS knowledge and commands - open/close files
- TSO, JES, JCL/PROC knowledge
- File Transfers
- Troubleshooting Skills on mainframe and distributed systems
- Incident management - timely and accurate handling of incidents within SLA (accepting, updating, resolving )
- Excellent Verbal and Written communication - this position requires constant communication and collaboration during entire shift with peers, management, support teams, bridges
- Facilitation Skills - handling Major incidents
- Teamwork - collaborate with teammates and support teams, ability to and execute on different escalation processes
- SharePoint - navigating, searching .
- Systems analysis - ability to identify patterns, propose solutions
- Monitoring batch processing and issues through ESP, mainframe, ServiceNow, and other tools for failures, delays, missing data/files .
- Attentive and multitasking - workload intake comes in forms of ServiceNow incidents and ad-hoc requests, multiple chats, emails, phone calls
- Adapt to change, quick learner, and easily follows instructions with execution
