Detailed Job Description: 

  • Have overall experience of 10+ years with Salesforce Sales Cloud/Service cloud , Marketing Cloud at least 4+ years as technical architect in Salesforce.com space.
  • Must have worked with multi org environments for at least 2+ years.
  • Extensive experience with email and/or marketing automation software and integration with databases
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) aka ExactTarget is mandatory.
  • Working Knowledge of Salesforce MC connector, Marketing Cloud API s
  • Understanding of responsive email templates design with working knowledge of AMPscript and Server Side JavaScript (SSJS)
  • Experience implementing automated solutions utilizing Marketing Cloud Server-Side Java Script (SSJS)
  • Expert in various Marketing Cloud areas - Email Studio, Automation Studio, Mobile Studio, Journey Builder, MC Connect, Audience Builder, Data Extensions, etc.
  • Stay in tune with latest Salesforce Marketing Cloud technology updates, changes, community, and roadmap(s).
  • Application Integrations and co-ordination with other Business teams like Salesforce CRM for enabling data flow between both the platforms.
  • Understanding of business requirements and B2B Marketing automation implementation through Salesforce Pardot.
  • Creating Pardot complex journeys through various Engagement Programs.
  • Salesforce Administrator knowledge to handle CRM side configuration for Pardot assets

Areas of Responsibilities: 

  • Leading the solution and execution of advanced configuration/development activities across the full suite of SFMC modules based on business requirements.
  • Develop & deploy campaign assets, journeys and automations in Salesforce Marketing Cloud across Email, SMS, and other delivery channels working closely with stakeholders to scope out data and content requirements.
  • Experience in requirements gathering and translating them into technical solutions
  • Application designing, enhancements, building, validations and deployments.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve independently
  • Responsible for the iteratively improving Marketing Cloud data model and architecture
  • Excellent skills in communicating with business stakeholders and technology teams.
