Detailed Job Description:

• Overall 8+ years of experience.
• Coordinates project kickoff meetings, biweekly sprint planning, daily scrum stand up, sprint grooming, sprint review, and retrospective meetings.
• Analyze team metrics through Burn up Burn down charts, velocity and identify improvements to the teams engineering practices and tools.
• Captures requirements into Agile User Stories.
• Facilitates discussions, decision making, and conflict resolution, remove impediment, coach teams in self organization and cross functionality.
• Coordinates project kickoff meetings, biweekly sprint planning, daily scrum stand up, sprint grooming, sprint review, and retrospective meetings and update the scrum team on status of upcoming User Stories.
• Plays integral role for Product Development Processes PDP with development teams, assists Product Owner in writing, managing and prioritizing user stories.
