- Implements the following Ariba Modules: Strategic Sourcing, Contract Management and Procure-to-Pay.
- Provides second- and third-level technical support to the client’s Buyers and Suppliers.
- Attends team and client meetings and provides status reporting.
- Responsible for risk and issue resolution management.
- Provides information to determine future-state business process, configurations, etc.
- Coordinates activities between vendors and the client for functional and technical solution delivery.
- Ability to lead business process design workshops/discussions.
- Manages defect and change request escalations and resolutions.
- Tests and verifies monthly software release deployments.
- Minimum of 4+ years’ experience and knowledge of SAP Ariba Cloud On-Demand.
- Proficient level of experience with SAP Ariba Network (now known as SAP Business Network).
- Proficient level of experience and knowledge of SAP Ariba Procure-to-Pay, Spend Visibility, Sourcing and Contract Management, and Supplier Information and Performance Management.
- Experience working with large IT ERP programs/applications would be considered an asset.
- Adapts existing methods and procedures to create possible alternative solutions to moderately complex problems.
- Understands the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals.
- Determines methods and procedures on new assignments with guidance.
- Ability to work in an open, collaborative team environment.
- Effective verbal and non-verbal communication with peers and clients.
- Must have or be able to qualify for a Government of Canada security clearance (minimum Reliability level).
Education Qualification:
- Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 4+ years’ professional experience working with SAP Ariba Cloud On-Demand solutions.
- Ariba training and certification would be considered an asset.
