1. 10+ years of experience in Business System Analyst role in Financial industry, particularly Auto Finance, Loan Origination.
2. Hands on experience in GAP analysis, Risk analysis, ROI and SWOT analysis.
3. Good experience in change management and defect tracking and its related tools like JIRA, TFS, Service Now, HP QC. Also knowledge in project management tools like Clarizen, Clarity

2. Having experience in Waterfall, Agile methodologies, also knowledge in Manual as well as Automated Testing Strategies

1. Understanding and identifying the Business Process and conducting feasibility studies to develop Scope and Vision Document
2. Performing Gap Analysis and Impact Analysis by identifying existing technologies
3. Gathering requirements with elicitation techniques like JAD sessions, Document analysis, Prototyping, Reverse Engineering, Brainstorming, Requirement Workshop with Users, Subject Matter Experts SMEs and business Stakeholders
