Job Duties:Â
- Assist Paypal with their top initiatives for the year.Â
- Drive 12 X 3 medium sized programs working.
- Work with 15 engineering teams on their own to help grow this companies’ footprint globally.
- Work across the world at an enterprise level.
- Overall program management of few Strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate & coordinate with multiple teams across geography for activities across multiple teams of product, engineering and ops for country launch.
- Create project plans, execution plans, launch plans.
- Run weekly meetings, Update weekly status, risks, and mitigation plans.
- Create weekly/monthly Stakeholder reports for leadership, product and engineering teams.
- Create long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones, adhering to deadlines and allocating resources.
- Delegate tasks on the project to employees best positioned to complete them.
- Identify and manage potential risks and liabilities of multiple projects.
- Assist in the definition of project scope and goals.
- Make effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project.
- Serve as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy.
- Communicate with executives or the board to keep the project aligned with their goals.
- Perform quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected.
- Adjust schedules and targets on the project as needed.
- Motivate people involved in the project to complete tasks on time.
- Understand of the Project Management Institute (PMI) framework.

- Possess relevant skills in reviewing documentation to ensure technical accuracy, compliance, or completeness, or to mitigate risks.
- Proficiency in developing frameworks for capturing site merchandising analytics and sales data to optimize performance.
- Require proficiency in content management tools.
Education: The minimum qualification required for the performance of the above specialty occupation duties is a bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or equivalent in a related field or a foreign equivalent is required closely related field with relevant experience.
