Deep understanding of ITILITSM, CSM Customer Service Management, FSM Field Service Management, GRC Governance, Risk and Compliance, ITOM IT Operations Management, AIML, Integration hub with hands on experience of working across multiple integrations. An exposure to Telecom domain is desirable. Within the telecom domain consulting division, client is seeking a senior consulting professional who can interact effectively with Client executives to own RFPs, define and manage requirements,
