Detailed Job Description:

• Creation of PAM management and discrepancy reports and alerts
• Explore Secret Server Out-of-box report module and configure the reports per use cases identified above.
• Identify use cases for alert configuration for daily monitoring of the platform and password rotation failures.
• Configure alerts for the identified use cases.
• Prepare standard documentation for alert management, troubleshooting and remediating the issue
• Assess, validate, plan and implement Secret Server Hardening Recommendations across environments
• Gather requirements and verify feasibility to implement the recommended configurations as per product features in alignment with Zoetis standards.
• Verify the best practices for application hardening recommendations from Thycotic vendor
• Allow Approval for Email
• Secure Session and Forms Auth Cookies
• Windows Authentication to DB
• App Pool Identity
• DPAPI or HSM Encryption (Integration depends on compatibility with SafeNet HSM and might require SafeNet vendor assistance)
• Require SMTP SSL
• Implement and perform requisite testing of the recommendations through Zoetis standard change control procedure.
• Performance tuning to support increased workload across network
• Review existing infrastructure deployment
• Provide best practice recommendations to improve and optimize performance
• Coordinate with Thycotic to validate and implement recommendations

Identify the use cases for Secret Server PAM Reporting including the ability to

• Detect anomalous behavior which could indicate misuse of privileged access
• Identify potentially unused or excessive privileged access and flag for clean - up.
• Extract Data to surface usage of privileged accounts
