• Should have minimum 8 + years of .Net Application Development Experience
• Hands on Full Stack Developer ( Angular 6, .Net Core, SQL Server, .Net 4.6.1 is good to have).
• Good database (SQL Server) and data analysis experience
• Experience with UI and integration with multi technology platforms
• Experience with version controls such as Github BitBucket CICD.
• Good Knowledge of Agile Methodologies like Scrum
• Good to have AWS (or Azure) knowledge
• Outstanding communication skills with the ability to deftly negotiate/interrogate, prioritize across technical and non - technical teams, influence decision makers and build consensus with teams.
• Should have strong thinking/analytical skills on complex business requirements or problem statements.
• Should have experience in documenting and maintenance of RTM for complex project/product requirements.
• Experienced and Willingness to perform functional/manual testing of the developed business functionalities.
• Experienced in Development of training materials for business stakeholders
• Extensive experience in leading requirements gathering sessions and converting them into technical stories for developers to build out a product backlog while grooming and prioritizing it with the PO.
• Experience in scaled agile methodology with deep understanding of product development practices and application lifecycle management.
