8+ years experience as a Business Analyst and writing user stories.
Prioritize requirements from various stakeholders
Creating the requirements in the form of user stories with appropriate acceptance criteria both functional and technical.
Working with the product owner and the stakeholders to understand the scope, suggest improvements to the requirements, etc.
Knowledge of proper requirements specification and development, such as process/functional requirements definition methods, JAD/RAD sessions, use case development, process flow diagrams
Work with training team to document system scenarios and identify roles impacted to help develop a change management/training plan.
Conduct business process modeling and generate applicable scenarios for the technology functionality testing team.
Prior Scrum Master certification and experience (Plus)
Prior experience on working with multi tech stack like distributed and mainframe in cloud environment(Plus).
Domain knowledge, certification on card and payments(Plus).
