Experience of using ITSM tools like ServiceNow, Remedy etc.
Good analytical abilities and debugging skills
Must have hands on Mainframe experience and keen to learn
Ability to independently perform system analysis, enhancements, design, and programming using COBOL, CICS, DB2, VSAM and DB2 - Cobol Stored Procedure
Strong hands-on on various Mainframe utilities like: SPUFI, File Aid, EZYTRIVE, Job-Track, Control-M, QMF etc.)
Ability to independently develop and execute SQL queries to analyze the data requirements and backend test results
Ability to identify SQL statements and DB2 system services that cause excessive CPU time or wait time
Monitoring and supporting the mainframe production batch cycles
Experience in analyzing and troubleshooting Mainframe job abend, batch failure, perform remediation etc.
Exposure towards working on re-engineering initiatives using Mainframe technologies and leading in performance optimization, cost optimization etc. is desirable
Hands on experience on APM tools set such as App dynamics, Splunk etc.
Analytical knowledge and exposure on troubleshooting and root cause identification using analyzer tools like Splunk, etc.
Knowledge on RPA automation- Blue Prism /UI path
Monitoring and analyzing Performance Metrics Data
Aptitude for learning and applying programming concepts
Good communication, collaboration and partnering skills with other peer teams across different location
Prior experience in Banking domain will be preferred.
Experience on working in global delivery model from client location.
