Must Have Skills:

• 8 to 10 years of experience in CNC Program generation
• Experience Programming in Aerospace parts using Customer supplied Drawings, CAD Models, Parts lists and Specifications
• Optimized CNC program generation from 3 axes to 5 axes using CATIA V5 software - for Aerospace structural components
• Tool path simulation, verification / validation and optimization using simulation software Vericut

Nice to Have Skills:

• Good knowledge in selection of various tool holders, cutting tools, boring bars, and inserts used on various machines.
• Fair working experience in Catia V5 modeling and assembly
• Strong knowledge on drawing standards and GD&T
