Detailed Job Description:
- Responsible for daily monitoring of servers/systems and quickly respond to alerts and incidents.
- Perform installation and maintenance of Azure Virtual Servers and server security.
- Analyze and implement server operating systems (Windows and Linux).
- Operate and manage the Azure Active Directory services for the project.
- Support the Microsoft 365 services (Exchange, SharePoint and Teams) for the project.
- Work with industry-based technologies in a maintenance/process improvement capacity.
- Implement and monitor Azure IaaS and PaaS infrastructure management resources.
- Participate in developing new applications or enhancements to existing products and services via runbook automation and other methods.
- Participate in Disaster Recovery and Incident Response planning.
- Follow strict Change Management (CM) policies and quality assurance procedures regarding Production changes.
- Participate in strategic and tactical weekly meetings as necessary.
- Provide weekly reports for service availability and security compliance.

Required Skills:
- 3-5 years of Azure System administration experience.
- Passionate, persuasive, articulate Cloud professional, capable of quickly establishing interest and credibility in how to design, deploy and operate Cloud-based architectures.
- Experience with Cloud-based applications, solutions and infrastructures (Iaas and PaaS).
- Good business judgment, a comfortable, open communication style, and a willingness and ability to work with customers and geographically dispersed project teams.
- Strong customer service attitude and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to work in an open, collaborative team environment.
- Have effective verbal and non-verbal communication with peers and clients.
Education Qualification:
- Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field.
- Computer Science degree preferred or equivalent education and experience.
