Required Experience & Responsibilities:

• Shall have min 10 + years of experience in leading global Laboratory Informatics initiatives on Empower/ Nugenesis implementation / upgrade / integrations
• Business requirement analysis, Cloud Migration, Solution architecting, Design and implementation, Data migration, Performance management, System integration/consolidation, Configuration and customization, Testing and transition, User training, Computer systems validation

Empower:

• Should be able to understand test methods & its calculation
• Development and Validation of Custom Fields, Reports and standard templates.
• LAC/E installation and qualification
• Development of procedures (SOPs) for Empower (system use, system administration, back-up and restore, etc )
• Project Management with planning, scope definitions, cost/resource monitoring and coordination, project timeline development, tracking project milestones and reporting throughout the project.
• Empower training: system use, administration and advanced features (custom fields, reports, dissolution, MVM, GPC, etc )
• Integrations with external systems such as Labware LIMS and NuGenesis
• Implement / Upgrade Empower at various sites across Globe
• Review the possibility and migrate non-Empower sites to Empower network

NuGenesis:

• Implement / Upgrade Nugenesis at various sites across Globe
• Configuration of Managed Store, Vision web client, Unify printer, etc
• Configuration of File Capture and Print Capture templates
• Data Modelling Meta data tags identification for File Capture Templates and Print Capture reports.
• Project Management with planning, scope definitions, cost/resource monitoring and coordination, project timeline development, tracking project milestones and reporting throughout the project.
• Development of procedures (SOPs) for NuGenesis SDMS and LMS (system use, system administration, back-up and restore, etc )
• NuGenesis SDMS and LMS training: System Use and Administration
• Integrations with external systems such as Empower, non-CDS instrument software, Chromeleon and Labware LIMS
