Detailed Job Description:

• 15+ years experience in Project Management with 10+ years experience in managing SAP projects.
• Proven track record of IT delivery across numerous large projects
• Two to Three end to end implementation project experience is must 
• Strong SAP Knowledge
• Co-ordination of activities across multiple IT teams in multiple locations and time zones
• Proven practical application of SDLC and experience of the whole project lifecycle
• Strong understanding of stakeholder management, within the business and IT
• Strong risk management skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience with multiple project lifecycle implementations and demonstrated knowledge of best practices for custom developed software implementations at large global, multi-national companies.
• Proven experience of managing development of enterprise application using Agile methodology.

• Successful prior demonstration of productive business partner and supplier interactions and relationships.

• Hands on experience with Data Cleansing, Data Governance
• Legacy Data experience and 3rd Party tools Interfacing experience
• Experience in data analysis and reconciliation and able to prove correctness and completeness of migration tasks.
• Experience with cutover planning and preparation of data migration runbooks.

Job Responsibilities:

• IT PM is responsible for end-to-end delivery of a project i.e. taking project from its Initiation till closure
• Keeping track of budget and schedule for the project lifecycle
• Identifying risks and escalating issues on time, to the right stakeholders and mitigating those
• Identifying crisis situations during project lifecycle and handling it.
• Own the project issues and ensure its resolution by engaging appropriate teams
• Create Project Plan (experience in using MPP is preferred) 
• Manage and take accountability for various project deliverables
• Participating in review over key project documents like various deliverable templates (FS, TS, Config Specs etc), Requirement Traceability Matrix, Test strategy, Test Plan, cut over plan, hyper-care plan.
• Manage stakeholders (both internal and client based)
• Timely status reporting over project and escalations, as required. 
• Present weekly status reports to the client
• Participate in Change control board meetings and manage all changes over projects via the CAB.
• Play role in project and resource prioritization along with IT and Business stakeholders
• Take responsibility of staffing, delivery management and people management
• Prepare Lessons Learnt document
