- Minimum 4 years of experience and expertise in quality assurance testing methodologies, processes, and strategies in Retail
- Experience in Supply chain/distribution management projects
- Strong understanding and hands - on experience in designing test cases
- Strong communication and client management skills
- Ability to proactively collaborate with POs/Leads and drive defect and issue resolutions
- Knowledge and understanding in translating high level design into Test Cases documentation
- Experience in test management tools like Jira, HP ALM etc
