- 10+ years experience as a Business Analyst and writing user stories.
- Experience in card and payments domain
- SAFe certified Scrum Master (SSM)
Detailed Job Description:
- Prioritize requirements from various stakeholders
- Creating the requirements in the form of user stories with appropriate acceptance criteria both functional and technical.
- Working with the product owner and the stakeholders to understand the scope, suggest improvements to the requirements, etc.
- Knowledge of proper requirements specification and development, such as process/functional requirements definition methods, JAD/RAD sessions, use case development, process flow diagrams
- Work with training team to document system scenarios and identify roles impacted to help develop a change management/training plan.
- Conduct business process modeling and generate applicable scenarios for the technology functionality testing team.
- Prior experience on working with multi tech stack like distributed and mainframe in cloud environment(Plus).
