Detailed Job Description:
Works with the client Managers Leads to understand the scope of support activities. Works as Onsite coordinator for offshore team. Works with clients managers and business users on prioritization of Incidents. Reviewing the deliverablesartefacts as per Blue Prism standards. Status Reporting to the client Program Manager. Coordinates with other dependent stake holders at onsite based on the requirement provided by clients managerlead. Responsible for attending all team meetings and representing the off
