Job Duties: 

• Develop requirements with business for projects/maintenance and enhancements. 
• Experience with annuities and/or medical supplemental insurance would be a plus. 
• Working with Business teams and marketing teams to gather requirements. 
• Work as a liaison between the business teams and the development teams in clearly translating the requirements. 
• Create and maintained epics, backlog and story cards in Jira. 
• Identify, create and facilitate process design changes by conducting business and systems process analysis and design at a complex level. 
• Work closely with Product owners to define scope based on story mapping and process flows. 
• Partnering with internal and external customers and business stakeholders to ensure systems provided meet the long-term business strategies. 
• Work with QA team to make sure the test cases cover the functionality of the 
  application and the test coverage. 
• Work with the UI/UX teams to create wireframes for the module and presented it to the department heads for approval. 
• Create defects and bugs during development in Azure Dev ops

Education: The minimum qualification required for the performance of the above specialty occupation duties is a bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or equivalent in a related field or a foreign equivalent is required closely related field with relevant experience.
