Detailed Job Description:

• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Norfolk, VA or be willing to relocate to the area.
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
• At least 7 years of Information Technology experience
• At least 5 years of experience in .Net
• Atleast 4 years of experience in Healthcare domain preferably in Provider domain
• Atleast 4 years of experience in SQL
• Work on complex query indexes, index management, and statistics.
• Work on issues related to performance tuning and Optimization
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
• Participate in an on-call rotation for support of systems outside of normal business hours.
• Lead or participate in multiple projects by completing and updating project documentation; managing project scope; adjusting schedules when necessary; determining daily priorities; ensuring efficient and on-time delivery of project tasks and milestones; following proper escalation paths; and managing customer and supplier relationships.

• Experience with project management
• Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel
• Planning and Co-ordination skills
• Good Communication and Analytical skills
