Detailed Job Description:
- Strong production support background managing Physical/Virtual environments (minimum 5-8 years experience)
- The candidate must have the ability to bridge the gap when working with the Product, Platform, Tools and Application teams
- Experience working on Confluence, JIRA (minimum 3-4 years experience)
- Experience with monitoring tools like Splunk, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Control-M (minimum 2-3 years of experience)
- Ability to identify opportunities for automation of Operations services
- Must have the inclination/flexibility to learn tools that are in play within the environment.
- Include functions like job status monitoring, system health monitoring, system capacity profiling and monitoring, system usage and reporting.
- Ability to work in a 24X7 global model and collaborate with teams spread across geographies.
- Incident Management and Automation experience
- Awareness of cloud technology and models (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)
- Familiar with broad applications/approaches of technology
Secondary Skills:
- Basic Project Management and Infrastructure knowledge
Other Skills:
- Experience in IT infrastructure management in Banking Domain.
- Self-motivated who takes initiative and works well within a team environment with the ability to meet hard deadlines.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
