Detailed Job Description:

• Handson experience and knowledge of building concurrent application multi-threaded using Java XML based parsingtransformation and XML Schema
• Closely work with Client architects and Business team to define technical solutions and enhance the existing application architecture
• Understanding of TDDBDD practices and UnitMock testing frameworks e.g. JUnit, JMock etc
• Good experience with Persistence framework and standards like JPA and Hibernate
• Hands on Experience in Architecting, Designing

Top 3 responsibilities you would expect the subcon to shoulder and execute:

1. Listening and understanding the customer requirements. Analyzing customer needs and designing a technical solution
2. Playing the role of the JBoss PAM and JBPM Subject Matter expert and technology consultant
3. Working with business analysts and with the Architecture team closely to establish the solution architecture
